SNAKE
While my husband was rebuilding the bricks around our outdioor fireplace today he found this little snake neatly coiled underneath a brick.
I can't identify it, but it is rather prettily marked I think.

That looks like a good sized snake. I hope it doesn't have a family nearby. Hubby's not fond of these critters. :)
So weird. I had a dream last night you saw a snake ... in the dream it was somehow attached to the wall of your house, but still it was a snake!
Probably a gopher snake. We've had a few of those. I never mind when I find a snake. They eat mice and gophers, etc.
