This was a lucky photo day when standing by the edge of a pond looking for a Great Blue Heron that had quickly disappeared at my approach an often elusive Belted Kingfisher landed on a branch nearby and I was there to capture this contribution for Skywatch Friday.
My appreciative thanks to Sandy, Klaus, Ivar, Wren and Fishing Guy for hosting
Sky Watch Friday .
