That looks very pretty! I like goldenrod, even though it probably is one of the things that makes me sneeze at this time of year. Its color is so cheery and I'm sure the butterflies must love it.
Goldenrod has yet to bloom here. I am looking forward to seeing it this month and September when it will be full of bees and butterflies. Thanks for the nice photos.
You are so right..those colors of summer are quite brillant now..plus we in Pa. are having just the right amt of rain to keep everything in full bloom! Love your shots..can feel that little bit of a breeze going thru...as you walked!!
That must be very pretty to see while driving laong the roads.
ReplyDeleteNice blog.
Some of the prettiest flowers are wild ones. Very pretty shots.
ReplyDeleteI love the goldenrod. The only downside is that this means summer is beginning to wind down.

ReplyDeleteSo pretty. I would love to see these joined in a field with Queen Anne's Lace.
ReplyDeleteGoldenrod--a sure sign of August up here. These are beautiful examples.
ReplyDeleteThe goldenrod makes me sneeze but it's such a splendid yellow to look at, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteLovely to watch late summer sidling up to fall.
