Swimming against the current for watery Wednesday and Outdoor Wednesday




Sometimes you can see a flash of silver telling you that they have flipped over as they float back down over the falls that they have just encountered.
                                                        This one has made it through.!
When I go to the falls I wander around the woods there
 looking for wildflowers like the purple violets above.
Yesterday I found Wood Anemone in bloom.

  2. I have never seen the fish swimming upstream to spawn - only photos and on TV. It is amazing, even so. One day, I will see it in reality.
