Butterflies for Camera Critters

I sawthis beautiful Monarch  butterfly yesterday morning morning near a milkweed patch!This year we have a beautiful Ivory Silk White Lilac in bloom in our backyard.  It is like a magnet for butterflies/ . When it first came into bloom it was\ a great draw for tiger swallowtails.Today it is a haunt of White Admirals.  I have spent much of my morning sitting beside it with my camera

    Beautiful butterflies. We don't have many butterflies this year unlike the past year.. Late visit from Camera Critters.

    I love those white admirals...I don't see those here. I've seen so few butterflies this year so far. Need to go hunting for some.
