Oh dear! Crossing Deer.

                           Two young fawns crossed the highway in front of our oncoming truck. they certainly gave me a front seat photo opportunity!
      What's a mother Deer to do when her young ones heedlessly cross a busy highway?  Just worry, worry! And hope that her  precious ,inexperienced ,young ones hurry, hurry!
                                                           Hurry! hurry!  hurry!!!!
                                                      Almost safely across to the other side!  
                                                          A leap for joy or a flying finale!

    I'm always holding my breath when that happens!! I had a squirrel run out in front of me on a 6 lane road yesterday, thankfully it listened to my yelling at it and my horn and ran back....too close!!!
