That top flower is very pretty and unusual looking.
Like a last flash of brilliance before the weather sets in.

How wonderful. I never knew New Brunswick was officially bilingual. I knew there was a large French-Canadian presence in NB, but I think it's great that it's officially bilingual. I wonder if Quebec will ever be? Just kidding, I love Quebec, and was very happy to visit it AND New Brunswick for the first time this year. I've now been to all the provinces except Newfoundland, and am looking forward to going there some day.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful yellow flowers, and your provincial election, with all of us.

Hi Kay,
Actually we have a large Acadian presence in New Brunswick, rather than French- Canadien. Two of my little grandsons aged 5 and 4 are both bilingual. They lived in Quebec for a whiile and now they attending a totally French school in Ontario. They are both of to a great start with their bilingualism. I see you are from a province I love, Alberta! I lived there for a while, maybe for a couple of years. I really miss the big skies our there and the open spaces of the prairies.
