pink hydrangea for Ruby Tuesday

We don't remember our hydrangeas being this vibrant pink before! It is very beautiful in its richness of colour
Got photos with red( or in my case today in a tint of red? want to share them?To check out other postings on Ruby Tuesday just click on the Ruby logo on the side bar or here:http://workofthepoet.blogspot.com/. My appreciative thanks to Mary/the teach for hosting this meme

Nice color. Do you 'doctor' them at all to bring out their pinkness? Here we have mostly blue and sometimes purple. Very few pink ones. I think it has to do with our acid soil that favors the blue.

STephanie' We would love to have some blue ones. No, we don't do anything to enhance their colour. We are very surprised this year at their pinkness!

Those are beautiful. I have no luck whatsoever with hydrangeas. Most likely they need special food. I have the plant and leaves but rarely any blooms!

Nice colour, I am sure as a boy a friends dad used to sprinkle iron filings round his. May have been something else cos that is 45 years ago and the memory is not so good nowadays. HAVE A GOOD WEEK. XXX Don
