Purple Finch in Bird Alley

We have had a lot of Purple Finch feeding at Bird Alley recently as well as some noisy Blue Jays and one White-throated sparrow yesterday and early yesterday evening a; slate coloured Junco!
The Purple Finch are taking advantage of the food which I have spread around! See how full the finch in the photo above has filled his mouth!!!

I had always wondered about bird alley Ann. What a beautiful and relaxing place to watch your friends. I certainly can see why they all flock to eat there.
I love Purple Finches, but we only get them mostly in winter.
