Mary there will be parades , barbeques, family events, all sorts of activities for kids, family gatherings are the sort of activities one can participaatre in on Canada Day, just like a big birthday cxelebration mught be., This afternoon we are going out to a public supper of baked beans, potato salad, ham and pie (there will be several choices to choose from. 'yum,yum', also this afternoon we might choose to attend an old fashioned bingo using cardboard cards and bingo chips. ( I love bingo) and at noon there wil be a barbeque and children's games and other activities organized by a church group. Some locations in the province host concerts. There will also be a huge Canada Day birthday cake. I hope we arrive in time to get a piece of it. Tonight after dark, there will be a huge fireworks display. This is a lovely sunny day so dar. A perfect day for a birthday party. Happy Canada Day to all acropss this wonderful country of ours. "O Canada"
