Snow Geese - Sky Watch Friday

This week I went back in time, to my photo archives, and found these Snow Geese flying over St. Jean Port Joli, along the St. Lawrence River in the province of Quebec. I am always a sky watcher when I travel through that region as that location is within one of the main flyways for Snow Geese.
.
Thanks to Tom Wigley for hosting Sky Watch Friday .

These are gorgeous birds. So many; they must play well with others!

These photos--I don't know what to say. I like them a lot but there is more to them that that for me but can't think how to say what I feel. So will just hush.

What magnificent photos. The sun reflecting of the geese in the second picture is timeless. Especially with the soft pink clouds.

These are tremendous photographs.
The first is very good, but the second in my opinion has everything a person could want in a photograph.

Good color and form, outstanding depth, and action that makes one want to see what will happen next.

Outstanding.

thanks for the visit,
Troy

Great capture. The Snow Geese winter down this way and are magnificent to watch in flight and so NOISY. That are all gone--back up to the tundra. MB
