Flowering Almond
It will still likely be almost two months until this Flowering Almond tree in my front yard blooms this year, but on this sunny first day of Spring the wait doesn't seem so long at all. Posted by: "Guest Blogger" Riel.

The flowering almond is a beautiful flower. I had one but somehow it died. The flowering quince are blooming in this area and the dogwood trees have the small greenish flowers now. Helen

It is a gorgeous tree ... a good old flowering crabapple is still my favourite, but this is amazingly pretty too!
