Spotted Sandpiper

These past few days have been wonderful!  I have been finding a new species returned almost every day. Recently, Ruby-throated Hummingbird.  Rose-breasted Grosbeak, White-crowned Sparrow, Savannah Sparrow, and now this morning, a Spotted Sandpiper!

The spotted breast of this little Sandpiper makes its id almost unmistakeable!
Its profile as a Sandpiper was a standout along the shoreline of the river this morning.
I wonder what I will find next?
